Diego was incredibly responsive and an excellent communicator. We were down to the final machinations on the website and couldn't get the mobile and ipad optimization correct. I've been working with Diego for the past couple of weeks and I am so impressed!
When I first called him I had a 5 day deadline which he agreed to meet, that blew my mind that he could make it happen that fast! No other person could do that and they were charging waaaay more! He got right to work, but then my timeline shifted and we got to take our time and I'm so happy that we did, because we kept making my site better and better!
I'm a bit of a perfectionist and I had him returning to the site over and over again even to make minor changes and he was more than accommodating.
Most of the time he responded within a few minutes and no later than an hour.
I reviewed his site before I hired him and his work was great, however he didn't have any sites like mine. This is my second business which is entirely different from my first, so I had no idea where to start and I needed help getting out of my old mindset. I've never had a product based business and I'd never worked with children. Now I needed a really engaging website for my children's books, but I wanted it clean and not too overstimulating, which can be difficult with bright colors. I was seriously stressed out because I had no vision for it at all. I was actually a little embarrassed to work with anyone because I didn't have much to work with, other than my product.
I also have very little tech experience so I didn't have the verbiage to explain what I wanted (once I figured out what that was). I thought it would be challenging but Diego was patient, encouraging and explained everything to me in simple terms. He shared what was possible for my website and went above and beyond delivering that. As the website started taking shape I began developing my own creative vision for my site and Diego quickly made my vision come to life.
The service has been beyond tremendous, my website is fun, interactive and simple to navigate. He took my own illustrations and created a beautiful storybook on my site.
His relaxed nature helped calm my over- analytical mind, while being efficient, personable and professional.
I will continue to collaborate with Diego for years to come, I trust his guidance, and appreciate his ability to shift and adapt to my needs.
Diego is not only talented, his prices were the best I found! I have VIP service for way less then the competitors, it's crazy!!!
Now, I'm honestly even more excited to launch my website than my book....
