I had been burned by two other developers before choosing iCreate so I was very hesitant about their ability to create my site with my ability to "take over" after it were done.
The first guy I hired took a down payment and disappeared after two weeks. The second took 1 1/2 years to finish my site and I was completely unable to edit it (as I requested) after they were done.
iCreate gave me a 6 week completion date and it did take quite a few months to get it finished. I honestly expected it to take longer than they had estimated based on the issues the previous developers had getting my booking form to work. So this was not an issue for me.
Their price was reasonable and they communicated often via email, text, and phone. They were also quick to make changes as I requested them. I was also given access to make changes, myself, to my site while they were still in production. This gave me the opportunity to play around and contact them with issues as I learned to navigate the Wix platform. In addition, I am loving Wix!
I would highly recommend the iCreate team. They are professional yet casual and will get the job done. They let me know I can still contact them with problems that I may encounter now that I'm on my own and I have no doubt that they wouldn't help out with anything I request in a flash. Overall, we were extremely pleased with iCreate. The team listened to our needs/wants and gave great results. If I had to give any criticism it would be around responsiveness on updating us on the project. A few times we felt "left in the dark". However, the work was amazing and we would certainly use iCreate again....
