I recently engaged Mango Digital, a Wix partner, for assistance in building my website, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Initially, the project seemed promising with the owner, Thomas, personally scoping the project. However, it soon became apparent that he lacked the necessary experience, leading to a significant underestimation of the project's scope. This inexperience resulted in each of the four milestones being extended beyond the committed schedule. At every milestone, Thomas requested additional funds, stating that he had miscalculated the scope and could not adhere to the signed contract. This pattern persisted throughout the project, culminating in a 40% increase in budget and a 50% overrun in time. As a Wix partner, I expected Mango Digital to have a thorough understanding of the environment and to provide more accurate project estimations, especially after agreeing to a fixed-price contract. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Due to these reasons, including the lack of adherence to the agreed-upon terms and the significant budget and time overruns, I cannot recommend Mango Digital as a reliable partner for website development....
