I had an ongoing problem with the connectivity between my website and the channel manager. For over 18months I engaged several computer "experts" together with input from Hotel Runner with zero success.In desperation I engaged Pond Splash to modernise my website and look at the problem . Sam was absolutely brilliant. He spoke directly with technicians in the US and got to the bottom of what was not working.
