I first submitted my request at 9:30am Newfoundland time and had a personal response (not a form letter or automated response) shortly after 10am.
My preferred method of communication is email and Rommel... was able to work with that and we exchanged a few messages to further clarify my need.
Before 2pm he had my site back up and running exactly how I had envisioned and requested.
Rommel will be my first and only call for any further development or break/fix issues.
