We are an IT company working on website design and web applications. We started working with freelancer websites and now progressing towards Wix. We have been designing Wix websites for last 4 years. We are a team of 4 people today and are growing rapidly with lot of UIUX projects executed in last 1 year. This has been probably the worst recommendation WIX ever did to me.
I wanted to redesign my website, for a new fresher look, easy to manage... I got a generic design from someone who has no idea what Santa Teresa is. I doubt they ever checked my existing website... it was done so poorly, they never understood. After receiving a template that even said "25,000 reviews" a complete lie, which I had to ask not to put, I had to go through it word, by word, to notice so many mistakes!!! Then they did the mobile version, so many more mistakes! The communication was very little, very little interest in making a client happy.
Delivery time? wow.... they said 2 weeks, it took them 10 weeks to deliver a website that is so simple anyone could have made.
They did it all in STUDIO, disregarding the fact I already had a plan with WIX for a premium website... they couldnt transfer it so they had to re-do the whole thing again. And STILL, I had to review again to find SO MANY MISTAKES! AGAIN!!
I had asked to please include SEO -- meta titles, alt text... very simple. They agreed and charged a bit extra... They didnt even know what I was talking about when they delivered it....
To ANYONE who is thinking about hiring this company, re-think it. You will not be happy. If WIX is reading this, you should not be recommending companies like this....

Communication was excellent, the Account Executive understood my needs quickly and communicated them very well.
Quality of Work, excellent.
Delivery time was great, it took a few more days but that is to be expected given time changes, being across the globe.
I had designed my own website with WIX, but of course had kinks which they were able to fix with ease.
