Mitchell Torre - Custom Real Estate API integration : Overview: Built a custom real estate integration for Mitchell Torre, allowing their Wix website to automatically fetch and display property listings from an external property API. This ensured that new listings, updates, and removals were reflected on the site in real-time — removing the need for manual data entry and significantly streamlining internal operations. Project Breakdown: 1. API Integration for Property Listings - Integrated a third-party real estate API to sync listings, images, pricing, and metadata - Parsed and filtered incoming data to match the site’s design and content structure 2. Centurion Creatives: Overview: Built a fully custom user profile management system for Centurion Creatives, enabling users to register, edit, and selectively share their profile information through a unique contact-sharing tool. One of the standout features was the ability to generate downloadable VCF (contact card) files based on specific user inputs — seamlessly usable across devices. The solution also incorporated third-party NPM libraries to optimize performance, such as image compression and dynamic file generation, all deployed within Wix Velo’s backend architecture. User Profile Management - Developed a secure login system with profile creation and edit functionality - Enabled users to update key information dynamically via a custom dashboard 2. Very pleasant and helpful guy. I was looking for a solution to my transaction fees. When informing me that an across the board fee will be added to "all payment types including eftpos, paypal, afterpay etc etc" he didn't mention that it will also be added to cash... the assumption made on my end is that a standard fee would be added to my online payments. This was my first time looking for help, and I think a more full breakdown of how this works will help future clients. Thanks for the help tho...

Quite a harsh rating considering my second email to you literally said..... "If you are ok with a standard fee (% of the total cost) being applied irrespective of the payment option chosen" Dunno how much more clear one can get 🤷🏻🤷🏻 inspite of me being patient enough to answer all queries....

Jaosh was absolutely wonderful to work with, from the super fast response to my request, to the organising of a Zoom meeting and clear communication. Josh was awesome! He gave professional and “honest” insight into the page design and graphics, what was and wasn’t necessary on my page, and also shared tips add info on how-to’s for future changes.
