Before I got some work done on my website I had four quotes in total. Alison at Web Design & SEO didn't come in the cheapest but did offer the best value. The work I had done was a re-vamp of my existing website and SEO. I am very happy with my new and improved website and am looking forward now to promoting it to my network and generating some new leads for my business. There were a few revisions at the end of the project but with a bit of back and forth everything turned out perfect in the end

Alison has done a great job on the new web site for our rentals in Spain.
She also did a lot of the research for the area and added to the site.
It is far better than i imagined it would be after seeing other on the internet, so bright and informative and done, so we can add to it in the future, like calendars and online bookings etc.

I appreciate your feedback; however, I must clarify the situation. You paid less than £300 for a full SEO project, significantly below market value, which was done as a goodwill gesture. Ongoing SEO monitoring and additional support were never included in this price, and I never agreed to provide these services for free. SEO is an ongoing process that requires continued effort and if you wish to receive further assistance, it would need to be paid for accordingly. I strive to offer high-quality services at fair prices, but it is unreasonable to expect unlimited free work. If you would like to discuss additional support, I am happy to provide a quote.

We agreed that after initial work, Alison would monitor my page progress on Google ranking & suggest changes without charge; Alison gradually stopped responding to my emails and texts (I have written proof). I posted a review here (deleted by Wix team to post this one), Alison labelled as a "misunderstanding", that ongoing support was not included & I did not provide payment for it. She never informed this to me. This review might be undermined in the response below. Make your own conclusions.

It's hard to keep this review professional when it's become personal.
