Myai Robotics - Human-AI company in USA: For Myai Robotics, a leading AI tech company in the USA, I embarked on a project to build a website that reflected their cutting-edge Human-AI professional sales agent technology. From our first discussion, it was clear that the website needed to highlight their ability to deliver pre-qualified, closed leads and help businesses accelerate revenue growth. Concept & Design: After understanding their goals, I crafted a wireframe that emphasized their core strengths: boosting sales efficiency, improving customer satisfaction, and providing data-driven insights. The design focused on a clean, professional look with a tech-driven aesthetic. I carefully balanced the advanced AI capabilities with human-centered design, using dynamic CTAs and a modern layout to guide visitors toward actionable insights. Launch & Results: The site launched successfully and immediately boosted engagement. Myai saw an increase in client inquiries and a stronger online presence. As a result, I have become their permanent website designer, completing three additional projects for them. Their founder was so impressed, he recommended my services to colleagues, which has led to further collaboration.

TATUM GEMS: Tatum Gems — a private gemstone catalogue, made public Tatum Gems is an Australian B2B gemstone cutter and wholesaler selling to jewellers and designers. The problem Every product page on the site was locked behind a member login. More than 400 gemstones, and a new buyer could see about 40 of them in a static image gallery. No prices, no details, no way to search. Anyone who didn't already know the business had almost nothing to look at. The obvious fix was to open the catalogue up. The obstacle was that Wix treats pricing as all or nothing. You either show prices to everyone or hide them from everyone, with no option in between. The owner had been asking for a way around this for years and had been told by Wix support that it wasn't possible. What I built A second, public catalogue running in parallel to the store. Every gemstone is visible to anyone, with full photo galleries, the complete gem details and filters for gemstone type, colour, shape, origin and cut. No pricing appears anywhere on it, and this is the part that matters: the price is not hidden on the page, it is absent from the data entirely. There is nothing to leak and nothing to misconfigure later. Approved trade customers sign in and are taken through to the original store, with pricing, stock and checkout exactly as they already knew it. Registered but unapproved customers see a clear message that their account is under review. Three states, each handled explicitly. The gem details were stored as a single block of unstructured text, so there was nothing to filter on. I wrote a parser that extracted type, origin, weight, size and shape from more than 400 free-text entries and reconciled them against the store's existing collections to build the filter values. One of those checks, cut classification, validated at 410 out of 410 against the owner's own tagging. The whole thing keeps itself current. The owner adds a gem the same way she always has and it appears on the public catalogue within seconds, with its photos, details, stock status and filters. Sell one and it marks itself sold. Nothing about her workflow changed. The result The catalogue now works as a live directory. Visitors average 4.1 pages per session and two and a half minutes on site, with a 35 percent bounce rate, which is browsing behaviour rather than landing and leaving. It also replaced something physical. At trade shows her team now pulls the catalogue up on a phone instead of handing out printed sheets. Customers browse, filter down to what they want, and quote the SKU. That is why the mobile experience got as much attention as the desktop one. The site is now built to be found in search, with more than 400 product pages that were previously invisible to Google. The SEO phase itself hasn't been commissioned yet. Built with Wix Velo, Wix CMS, the Wix Stores catalog API, dynamic pages, member roles and page permissions.

amstudio: Had the pleasure of redesigning the website for Ann Muana Studio, a dynamic graphic design, illustration, and artistic direction brand that blends multicultural creativity with bespoke visual storytelling. The goal of the project was to elevate the site’s structure and aesthetic to better showcase Ann’s portfolio, clarify her services (branding, visual identity, illustration, artistic direction), and create a more engaging user experience that reflects her unique creative voice. One of the key challenges was presenting rich visual work in a way that feels both artistic and easy to navigate — ensuring every piece stood out without overwhelming visitors. To solve this, I refined the information architecture, enhanced the visual hierarchy, optimized layouts for both desktop and mobile, and integrated design elements that support the studio’s creative identity. The outcome is a sleek, visually expressive website that beautifully highlights Ann’s work, strengthens her professional presence online, and makes it effortless for visitors to explore her projects and get in touch

Legacy Response: Legacy Response is a mission-driven organization dedicated to strengthening community care, supporting nonprofits, and addressing critical challenges like social isolation, food insecurity, and volunteer engagement through innovative technology and strategic programs. The website we developed for them was designed to reflect that purpose with clarity, credibility, and compassion, turning a complex ecosystem of solutions into an intuitive and engaging digital experience. The site highlights Legacy Response’s key software platforms — including aKinder™Volunteer, aKinder™Wellness, aKinder™Chat, and Akinder™Care — each tailored to extend volunteer engagement, streamline nonprofit operations, and enhance connection and well-being for vulnerable populations. We structured the content so visitors can immediately understand the problem being solved, the tools available, and the impact these tools deliver for communities and organizations. On the homepage, we crafted clear entry points for each solution, supported by approachable messaging and calls to action like “Request a Demo” and “Get Started,” ensuring nonprofit leaders and partners can quickly find the support they need. The site also presents high-value service areas like community bus services and grant writing support in a way that highlights both operational detail and emotional impact. Because Legacy Response’s mission is rooted in human connection and impact, we prioritized accessibility, readability, and visual hierarchy so the message resonates with audiences ranging from nonprofit executives to community volunteers. The end result is a polished, purposeful, and scalable online presence that supports Legacy Response’s ongoing mission, invites collaboration, and strengthens their ability to serve communities in meaningful ways.
Legacy Response
Legendary Plumbing DFW: Legendary Plumbing Services is a family-owned plumbing company serving the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. They came to me with a single-page Wix site and a problem they could feel but not name: they were invisible in local search while national chains with 300 service vans took every result. I started with research rather than design. Before a single page was laid out, I pulled keyword data for the DFW plumbing market, analysed the companies already ranking in their service areas, and built a search visibility report that told them honestly which terms were winnable in year one and which were not. That research changed the whole project. It showed their biggest market was Dallas, which was not on their site at all, and that two of their most profitable services, repiping and commercial plumbing, were not mentioned anywhere. The rebuild took them from one page to twenty-five: seven in-depth service pages, eleven location pages covering Dallas, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Irving and six specific neighbourhoods, plus supporting pages for financing, reviews and the team. The neighbourhood pages are where the project is different from a standard redesign. Most local service sites stop at the city name. These go deeper, because the plumbing genuinely differs street by street. The Bishop Arts page is written around pier-and-beam foundations and original cast iron in homes from the 1920s. The Viridian page deliberately contains none of that, because those homes were built after 2008 and have none of those problems. One page about slab leaks, another about water treatment and tankless servicing, each true to what a plumber actually finds there. I also persuaded them to publish starting prices, which almost no plumbing company in their market does. That one decision means people searching what a repair costs now land on their website instead of a directory. On the technical side: full local SEO setup across all twenty-five pages, schema markup, Google Business Profile optimisation, citation cleanup, a review request system, conversion tracking and a complete site architecture built so new service areas can be added without restructuring anything. Delivered October 2026 on Wix, in a custom black-and-gold design built from their own logo.

Proceeds Solution: Working on the Proceeds Solution website was about building more than just a digital presence, it was about translating a complex financial recovery service into something clear, trustworthy, and easy for people to understand. Proceeds Solution helps homeowners, heirs, and property owners recover unclaimed surplus funds after foreclosure or tax sales, money that often goes unnoticed or unclaimed for years. The challenge was presenting this process in a way that immediately reassures visitors: helping them understand that they might be owed money, while also showing that the recovery process can be handled professionally and safely. The website was structured to guide visitors through that journey step-by-step, from learning what surplus foreclosure proceeds are, to understanding eligibility, and finally taking action to begin a claim review. Clear sections were designed to explain the services offered, including surplus fund recovery, unclaimed state funds, and support for heirs navigating foreclosure-related claims. Special attention went into creating a clean structure and strong calls-to-action that encourage visitors to check their eligibility, while reinforcing key trust signals such as a confidential review process, contingency-based fees, and a transparent recovery process. The result is a focused, professional website that not only explains a complicated financial process clearly but also builds confidence for people who may be discovering for the first time that they could be owed thousands of dollars in unclaimed funds.

The Tour Pals: The Tour Pals now has a clean, engaging, and purpose-driven online presence that reflects the heart of what they do — connecting travelers with unforgettable experiences. The goal was to design a website that not only showcases destinations and tours but also builds trust and excitement for visitors exploring travel options. Working with Alex, the CEO was amazing! This project focused on organizing information in a way that feels intuitive, highlights key offerings, and guides users toward booking or inquiry with clear calls-to-action. From crafting compelling service descriptions to structuring seamless navigation and responsive design, every detail was intentional, ensuring visitors feel welcomed and informed at every step. The outcome is a polished, user-centric travel website that strengthens The Tour Pals’ brand positioning online, enhances usability across devices, and supports growth by turning curious explorers into happy travelers.

Most people who find me already have a site that isn't doing its job. You're right that it ran longer than either of us planned, and the honest reason is that opening your catalogue to the public while keeping wholesale pricing private turned out to be a bigger build than the catalogue work we first scoped. It needed a parallel data layer and custom code rather than configuration. I'd rather have taken the time and built it properly than ship something that leaked your pricing.
