Strugbits was always fast to respond and easy to communicate with. My project ended up taking a lot longer than anticipated but they were able to get it done with many revisions. I would use them again for smaller to mid size projects....

I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided. Despite paying in full upfront, the web development project was left incomplete. Upon returning for required, agreed-upon edits, the team requested additional funds. During a subsequent attempt to complete the work, I paid 50% upfront, only for them to again ask for more money to complete tasks already agreed upon. Due to this unprofessional behavior, I ended the contract, withheld the final 50% ($40), and finished the tasks myself....

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that all work was completed according to the approved R&D (scope of work) that was mutually agreed upon before development began. During the later stage, additional requests were introduced that were not part of the approved scope, and these required extra work beyond what was originally agreed. Unfortunately, this created a misunderstanding regarding included tasks versus new changes. The project was delivered as per the approved scope, and the remaining balance was due upon completion. We always follow documented approvals to ensure transparency for both parties and remain open to reviewing any written confirmation showing otherwise. We wish you the best moving forward....

Jordan and his team quickly addressed our issue with Meta checkout. They provided plenty of communication with us so we knew what was required from us and to be expected. Pricing was reasonable compared to other quotes we received. We selected Strugbits based upon their pricing and presentation....
