Get a verified mobile number from every member who joins your site, add 2-step login, and help cut down on fake orders. When people sign up as members, they confirm their phone with a 6-digit code on the first page they see. Members who joined before you installed the app are asked on their next visit. Each verified number is saved on the member's contact and in a list you can download. You can also turn on 2-step login, which texts members a code on a new device or at every login. This adds protection against stolen passwords and shared accounts. A "Verify your phone" box appears under phone fields on your forms and at checkout, and checkout orders with an unverified phone are not accepted. Codes go by blue iMessage to iPhones and by SMS to everyone else, worldwide. To build a marketing list, you can turn on the optional "text me news and offers" checkbox. Everyone who keeps it ticked joins your SMS & iMessage list, with the time and wording saved. If you run out of codes, sign-ups and checkout keep working normally. The Free plan includes 10 verifications, and paid plans start at $5.99 a month.
