Instant Quote Calculator lets visitors work out an estimated price on your website and send you a request that already contains the details of what they want. It suits businesses that normally quote by hand, such as cleaning, moving, painting, photography, printing, detailing, landscaping, catering, renovation and web design. The calculator starts from one of ten templates with sample prices, and every field, option and price can be changed. A price can depend on a quantity, a choice, a percentage or a tiered rate, and Premium adds custom formulas. Fields can appear only when an earlier answer calls for them, and the layout can be one page or a step-by-step flow. Each request is stored with its price breakdown, can be tracked by status, and is added to the site's contacts. The site owner is notified in the site dashboard and the owner mobile app. The total is calculated again on the server when a request is sent. The Free plan includes one live calculator with up to eight fields. Premium adds unlimited calculators and fields, custom formulas, webhooks, CSV export and custom colors and fonts. All visitor-facing text can be edited for other languages.
