About 45KB: eighty questions load like a store with three
Visitors send in the questions they could not find (Pro)
Answers go live as you save them, with no republishing
Adds valid FAQPage markup that machines can read
Clear FAQ is a question and answer block for Wix sites, made for shops whose customers keep asking the same handful of things.
The widget is deliberately small, around 45KB, and an answer is rendered only when a visitor opens it rather than shipped hidden and covered with CSS. A page carrying eighty questions tends to load much like one carrying three.
Answers are also written into the page as FAQPage markup, so crawlers and AI search tools can read them as questions and answers rather than one block of text. Google stopped showing FAQ rich results in May 2026; the markup stays valid and still describes the page to whatever reads it.
Editing happens on the canvas, with bold text, links and lists available, and work is saved a few seconds after typing stops. The last ten saved versions remain available on Pro.
Visitor questions, also part of Pro, put a short box beneath the FAQ so someone who cannot find an answer may send it in instead of leaving. It arrives already written, and nothing is kept about who asked: no name, no email, no IP.
Adding the block is a change to the page and appears once the site is published. Edits made inside it reach the live site on their own.
