iBlueText Texting sends automatic text messages to your customers when something happens on your site. When an order is placed or shipped, a booking is made, changed or coming up, or a visitor submits a form, the app can send a short text with the details. Customers on iPhone receive it as a blue iMessage, and other phones receive a standard SMS. You choose which texts are turned on and can edit the wording of each one in your dashboard. Messages can include details such as the customer's first name, order number, tracking link, service, date and time. You can also receive text alert yourself when a new order, booking or form submission comes in. When customers reply, their messages arrive in your iBlueText inbox, where you can answer them. Customers who reply STOP are not texted again. Booking reminders can help reduce missed appointments, and shipping updates keep customers informed without extra work on your part. The Free plan includes 10 texts so you can try the app. Paid plans add a monthly text allowance and WhatsApp messages from your own WhatsApp number, and the Own Number plan gives your business a dedicated phone number.
