My Tickets brings live chat and customer support tickets together in your site's dashboard. Your team can handle conversations, review ticket details, update statuses and priorities, and assign work to the right agent or team. Set up agents, teams, roles, and permissions to match the way you work. Team members can manage their availability, and built-in notifications help them keep track of updates. You can also configure your site’s chat experience and collect requests through an offline form when your team isn’t available. Give customers a member-facing ticket area where they can search for tickets and check their status. Customise its appearance to fit your site. Use reports to review support activity, and configure service level settings for your team’s workflow. From the first customer message through ticket follow-up, My Tickets gives your team a shared workspace to organise support and keep customers informed.
