Formatio helps you train your team with structured programs inside your own site. Create a program for onboarding, food safety, customer service or any other skill, organize it in sections and steps, choose whether it is self-paced or runs on set dates, and decide when each section unlocks. Keep it private for your staff or publish it to your site's program list for customers. Enroll team members who have a member account on your site and follow each person's progress: completed steps, last activity and an average across every program they joined. After in-person training you can mark steps as completed on their behalf. Turn on a certificate for any program and it is issued when a participant completes all the steps. You can also issue it to people who finished earlier and download any certificate. Licenses and courses taken outside the site can be logged with their expiry date. Formatio works with the Online Programs app on your site and installs the free Atlas engine, which keeps your data in your own site. The interface is in Spanish.
