Sanestly Delivery Ops helps independent restaurants and stores manage deliveries with their own drivers. Orders placed through your site's restaurant menus and online store appear automatically in a dispatch queue, classified as delivery or pickup, with cash-on-delivery totals carried over from each order. Dispatchers review the queue and assign deliveries to drivers in a couple of clicks, while drivers work from a mobile web app where they can accept jobs, see customer and address details, and complete each delivery with optional photo or signature proof. At the end of a shift, the settlement view summarizes expected versus collected cash for every driver so reconciliation is quick, and a CSV export supports bookkeeping. Every status change, adjustment, and settlement is recorded in an audit log for accountability. Optional integrations include live driver positions on the dispatcher map through Traccar, with explicit per-shift driver consent, and route planning through Valhalla and OpenStreetMap. Sanestly Delivery Ops is designed for businesses that already employ drivers and want structured delivery operations without per-order marketplace fees.
