Pricing is transparent, and depends on shipping speed (e.g. standard ground, 2-day, or overnight), weight of the package, and distance traveled.     Terrible service. Chose ShipBOB for WMS with Wix but faced poor communication. Salesperson seemed unprepared, repeatedly asking previously answered questions. A scheduled call was missed; the excuse was unconvincing. Later told our order count was...
