Archive and official records stay in your own accounting program
Benosso E-Fatura is a bridge between your online store and the accounting program a business already uses in Türkiye. Orders are passed to that program, where the official e-Fatura or e-Arşiv document is issued. Invoices are not stored by the app and are not sent to the tax authority by us, so credits, archive and records stay in the merchant's own account.
Whether a document should be an e-Fatura or an e-Arşiv depends on the buyer's tax identification number, and the app determines this through a taxpayer lookup. Documents for online sales can carry the payment method, payment date and carrier details that Turkish distance-selling rules require. Physical goods are generally invoiced once an order is fulfilled, while digital orders can be handled as soon as they are placed.
Merchants connect their own account with one of the supported providers: Paraşüt, QNB eSolutions, Logo İşbaşı, Uyumsoft or Nilvera. Businesses using Mikro or Akınsoft can connect through Nilvera. Depending on the configuration, documents may be prepared as drafts for review or sent without manual approval.
Credentials are kept encrypted and invoices can be filtered, exported and shared with an accountant.
